These terms cover the use of swellbrand.agency and the tools on it. Brand Audit, Brand Launch, Operations and Marketing services are governed by a separate contract signed with each client.
2. Fee calculator
Calculator results are estimates based on the marketplaces' published fee schedules at the time of update, for reference only. Actual fees depend on category, programme and each marketplace's policy. We are not liable for business decisions based solely on this tool.
3. Pricing and commitments
Prices on the website are indicative ahead of the audit. Commitments on timing, warranty, revision rounds and late delivery apply only when written into the contract.
We make no guarantee of revenue or order volume.
4. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to [Company name]. Brand assets created in a project belong to the client per contract, once paid in full.
5. Limitation of liability
