Process

Seven stages, each with an output you approve. The entity starts in week one because it is the slowest part. Everything begins with an NDA.

  1. Week 0

    Brand Audit

Store, competitors, costs. Roadmap and quote. Fee credited against Launch.

  2. Week 1

    Contract, NDA, kickoff

A dated contract with a late-delivery clause. A private Slack or WhatsApp channel. Materials collected.

  3. Weeks 1–2

    Positioning and name

Interviews with you and your customers. Three directions, one chosen. Name and domain checked in the US.

  4. Weeks 2–3

    Identity and packaging

Logo, colour, type, voice, packaging concept, photo set. Two revision rounds per contract.

  5. Weeks 3–5

    Store and integrations

Custom theme, checkout, Shopify Payments, Amazon MCF, Buy with Prime, Klaviyo, pixels, brand-name SEO.

  6. In parallel

    US entity and payments

LLC, EIN, bank, Stripe, PayPal, trademark. In the right order so nothing gets rejected.

  7. Weeks 5–6

    Handover, training, warranty

Every account moved into your name. Two recorded training sessions. The 2 to 6 month warranty begins.

Sellers fear exposing their store and product. We treat that as a feature, not a line in the FAQ.

  • NDA before any link is opened

Signed before the audit, covering everything you share: store, numbers, suppliers.

  • Nothing published without consent

Case studies go live only with written approval. You choose to hide the name, the product, or not publish at all.

  • Your numbers are never sold

We don't use your data to pitch others, don't share suppliers, and don't keep access after the warranty.

  • Store or listing links and the last three months of revenue reports
  • Existing product photos and packaging supplier, if any
  • Personal documents for the LLC and US bank (guide sent after the audit)
  • Two hours a week to review and reply
